2. How long will a conviction stay on my record? A conviction will stay on your record until you do something about it. Convictions do not automatically disappear from your record after so many years.
3. Can you get more than one conviction expunged in Ohio? Generally, you cannot unless the convictions really constituted just one conviction.
4. How long do I have to wait to get my conviction expunged? Generally, 1 year for felonies and 3 years for misdemeanors.
