Case Dismissed - How to Fight and Beat your Speeding Ticket
I came across Jeff Mulligan’s product, Case Dismissed - How to Fight and Beat your Speeding Ticket, after a friend contacted me and asked me to represent him in court on his speeding ticket. I mentioned “Case Dismissed - How to Fight and Beat your Speeding Ticket” to him but he was skeptical and stated that it’s probably a bunch of crap! At that point, I contacted Mr. Mulligan via email and told him that I was a lawyer and that I wanted to review his product. I asked him if I could have “Case Dismissed - How to Fight and Beat your Speeding Ticket” for free for the purposes of reviewing it.
Mr. Mulligan, without asking me any questions, sent me a copy solely for the purposes of this review, no questions asked. I called up my friend (who had, in the meantime, already worked out an okay deal with the prosecutor) and told him that Mr. Mulligan had, in fact, sent me a free copy of his guide to beating speeding tickets. “Can you believe that?” I asked my friend. My buddy then said exactly what I was thinking, “He must really feel strongly about his product!” I agreed and confirmed that, from what I had read, it was an excellent product on how to fight your speeding ticket.
Mr. Mulligan takes the average layperson and clearly demonstrates how they can fight their speeding ticket and get their case dismissed. You’ve probably remotely heard of the strategies he speaks of in his publication, but he actually shows you how you can employ them to your advantage in fighting your speeding ticket. What will most likely happen at your court date is the prosecutor will listen to five minutes of your cross examination of the police officer (who gave you the speeding ticket) and quickly decide to reduce your charge to an equipment violation or dismiss your case before you educate the 20 or 30 others waiting to have their speeding ticket case tried.
Imagine the huge headache that would result for the prosecutor from a couple dozen people demanding the same documentation and proof that you are requiring of the police officer to justify his speeding ticket to you! What should be a cash cow for the city, county, township, or municipality now has the potential of turning into a losing proposition for the prosecutor. What should have been an hour to process these 20 or so cases now has turned into several hours! What a complete nightmare for the prosecution! This should have been easy pickin’s! Speeding tickets should be ATM’s for these municipalities.
Any prosecutor with half a brain is going to stop the court proceedings on your speeding ticket, scurry over to you, and offer you a deal on the spot. The prosecutor’s logic? Let’s let this fish go so that we can keep the net around the other 20 or 30 poor souls before they get away too.
We don’t endorse many products at ohiolandlordtenant.com but we believe that Mr. Mulligan has provided the general public with what can be an effective means of fighting your speeding ticket and getting your case dismissed or getting your speeding violation reduced to something much less serious.
